  • Registration Terms

    1. General Waivers

    Please take a moment to review our Community Guidelines.

    Information, guidance or other material of any kind posted on the Community (“Content”) is not official support provided by the controlling entity of the software.

    You acknowledge that opinions expressed in Content on the Community are those of contributors of such Content only and do not reflect the opinions or policies of ForumFlake, unless otherwise stated.

    2. Content, moderation and reporting.

    You are responsible for all Content that you post on the Community. ForumFlake assumes no responsibility for such Content or any Content posted by other users. ForumFlake does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message.

    ForumFlake reserves the right to moderate the activity on the Community and may move, remove, or edit any Content for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, Content that, at ForumFlake's sole discretion, violates these Community Terms.

    ForumFlake may move, remove, or edit such Content without notification to the responsible user.

    Remember that use of the Community is independent of any purchase or donation with ForumFlake and your privilege to use the Community may be revoked with or without cause, in ForumFlake's sole discretion.

    3. Prohibited Content

    To maintain a respectful and inclusive community, the following content is prohibited. Always use an appropriate and respectful language when you post information in the Community. Avoid racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, obscene or otherwise offensive language that could be considered detrimental to other users. Discussion of religion and politics in any form is strictly prohibited. The following are also expressly prohibited.

    Hateful Conduct and Harassment

    Hateful conduct is any content or activity that promotes, encourages, or facilitates discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, physical characteristics and is prohibited. Any hateful conduct is considered a zero-tolerance violation and all accounts associated with such conduct will be indefinitely suspended.

    Harassment is any content or activity that attempts to intimidate, degrade, abuse, or bully others, or creates a hostile environment for others, and is prohibited. Depending on the severity of the offense, your account may be indefinitely suspended on the first violation.

    Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information

    It is prohibited to share any content that may reveal personal information about individuals, or their private property, without permission. This includes but is not limited to:

    Sharing personally identifiable information (including real name, email, location, etc.)

    Sharing content that violates another's reasonable expectation of privacy.

    4. Limited license

    You grant ForumFlake a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, make available to the public, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute any Content or feedback that you post on or otherwise provide through the Community and to exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to such Content or feedback, without any attribution to you.

    5. Term and termination

    These Community Terms will become effective when you create a ForumFlake Community account and will remain in effect until you terminate your account or the earlier termination by ForumFlake thereof.

    You may terminate your ForumFlake Community account at any time by contacting ForumFlake via the Contact Form or via the Delete My Account page located in your account settings. ForumFlake reserves the right to protect its interests and reject any request, application, or appeal for account termination pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

    Please note that if your Community account is terminated, for any reason, Content that you have posted may be kept in the Community.

    Use of your ForumFlake Community account to promote, advance, develop, act as a gateway, or be used for subterfuge for competing, derivative, or otherwise similar services will result in immediate account termination.

    ForumFlake also reserves the right to terminate your access to our website at any time, for any reason. Access to other community tools, such as Discord, is provided as-is and can be repealed or changed at any time, for any reason.

    6. As-is Service

    ForumFlake as a service is provided as-is and as such, any donations, subscriptions, or other transactions are non-refundable and you accept that any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a transaction of any kind will result in immediate and irreversible account suspension and private information disclosure. ForumFlake will duly notify all users in the event of cessation ("the event"), granting an adequate grace period to download any and all purchased or gifted content. Transactions that occur beyond the event will be deemed void and refunded in a timely manner. Any transaction(s) and/or donation(s) made prior to the event remain non-refundable, no exceptions.

    7. Privacy

    When you sign up for use of the Community, ForumFlake and its core providers may gather, store, share and use your personal data. The privacy and security of your user data is - and will remain - ForumFlake's highest priority. You can read more about our privacy practices in the Privacy Policy, which includes information about your privacy, your rights and how to exercise them. ForumFlake is a GDPR-compliant community.

    8. Accessing the Community

    When accessing the Community, you agree to refrain from the use of disposable email services and/or Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). By registering an account on ForumFlake, you acknowledge that your account may be blocked, restricted, or terminated should your account be identified as using the aforementioned prohibited services.

    9. Accounting

    You agree that you will not, in whole or in part or under any circumstances, attempt to sell, sublicense, rent, lease, share, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any copy of your Community account or component thereof, or your rights to the Community to any other party in any way not expressly authorized herein. No more than one account per household or IP Address is permitted, unless express written consent has been granted by ForumFlake.

    10. Miscellaneous

    ForumFlake may change its Guidelines, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes may be communicated to you and your acceptance of and/or continued use of the Community after such notification of change will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Please do not use the Community if you do not agree to the new Terms.
